We know how hard it is to purchase an item online without seeing or trying it in person. If you are not happy with your purchase on Faith Kind, you can request for an exchange within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Just let us know your order number by heading over to our Returns/Exchanges page.
Faith Kind sells quality Christian products. We know you will love what you purchase from us, but if something doesn't seem good, we will gladly accept defective or damaged merchandise for exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cover the shipping costs of all return items.
If we cannot issue an exchange for reasons such as out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is an issue with the shipment.
