At FaithKind, we aim to ensure that your experience shopping with us reflects our commitment to your happiness. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, we are committed to rectifying them promptly.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

While we hope you find delight in all our products, we understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations or arrive in a perfect condition. We are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Kindly note that due to the specific nature of some items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on subscription items, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, masks, or any mystery items. We trust you understand this is to maintain the utmost quality and hygiene standards.

Return and Refund Procedure

To return an item, it should be in the same unworn or unused condition as when you received it. If you received a damaged item, kindly send an email to our customer service at hello@faithkind.com with an image of the damaged product for assistance.

Once we receive your returned item and after inspection, we will send an email to inform you about the receipt and approval status of your refund. Please note, a handling fee of $6 will be deducted from your total refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically reflect in your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you don't notice your refund within 10 business days, we advise that you initially check your bank account or credit card statement once more, then reach out to your financial institution as there could be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. Should the issue persist after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to us at hello@faithkind.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchanges

In the unfortunate event that your item is defective or damaged, we are ready to replace it. To initiate this process, please make a return request here.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance as we can't assure that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, international return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
