Return Policy
At FaithKind, your satisfaction matters to us. Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preferences, or change of mind. However, we’ll gladly replace or refund any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Include a photo of the issue for verification
Please email hello@faithkind.com to start the return process. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Subscription items
- Phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, bracelets, keychains, masks, or mystery items
- Items marked Final Sale
Refund Processing
- A flat handling fee of $6 will be deducted from approved refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged and you prefer an exchange, please indicate that in your email. We'll ship a replacement free of charge.
Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any returns over $75.
