Return & Refund Policy
At FaithKind, we want you to love your purchase. Because our items are custom-made specifically for you through our print-on-demand process, our return policy differs from traditional "off-the-shelf" retailers to ensure sustainability and quality.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, we will provide a 100% refund or a free replacement.
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Restocking Fees: $0.00 (No fees apply for defective items).
- Return Shipping: FaithKind covers 100% of return shipping costs for defective items.
- Process: Please email hello@faithkind.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For misprints, please include a photo of the item laid flat showing the entire design.
2. Cancellations & "Change of Mind"
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preferences, or incorrect sizing once production has begun. We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page to help you make the best choice before ordering. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
3. Return Eligibility & Conditions
For any return cases authorized by our support team (e.g., for defects):
- Return Method: Authorized returns must be sent by mail.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Exclusions: Final sale items and intimate apparel (masks or socks) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Once your photo evidence is verified, the credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to a defect or damage, FaithKind will cover all return shipping costs via a pre-paid label or reimbursement. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
