At FaithKind, every item is made to order. This means we create your product specifically for you once the order is placed, which helps reduce waste and ensures high quality.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Because our products are custom-printed, please allow time for fulfillment:
- Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT) - Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Estimated Shipping (Transit) Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Tracking & Communication
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
